Terms of Service

Last updated July 11, 2026

Sanctum Insider is operated by Project AD LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are, and what this is

Sanctum Insider (also styled “AD Elite Sanctum” or “the Sanctum”) is a private, membership-based online community and digital content library operated by Project AD LLC. What we sell, current pricing, and what each membership includes are described on our About page and Pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or purchase anything here. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent age or identity.

3. Not medical advice — read this section carefully

Everything on this platform is educational and informational content only. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing here is a substitute for the judgment of a licensed physician.

Community discussion, member posts, protocols, books, and AI assistant responses may reference peptides, hormones, supplements, laboratory markers, and related compounds. All such references are made within a research-use-only framework: they describe published research and community experience, not instructions for use. We do not provide dosing guidance, we do not diagnose or treat any condition, and no doctor–patient relationship is created by your use of this platform.

Statements on this platform have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before making any decision about your health, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.

4. Memberships, billing, and renewals

Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Current tiers and prices are listed on the Pricing page; the price shown at checkout is the price you are charged.

  • You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Dashboard → Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then.
  • Tier upgrades and downgrades are handled through the same billing portal and take effect per the proration shown at confirmation.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. One-time digital purchases

We also sell digital products (such as e-books) as one-time purchases. Digital products are delivered immediately to your account library, are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use, and may not be redistributed or resold.

6. Community rules and moderation

The Sanctum is a moderated community. We remove content and, where warranted, suspend or ban accounts that break the rules. Do not:

  • Give or solicit medical advice, including dosing instructions for any compound.
  • Sell, source, or facilitate the sale of any substance.
  • Harass, impersonate, or dox other members.
  • Post unlawful content or content you do not have rights to.
  • Scrape, republish, or share gated content outside the Sanctum.

Moderation decisions — including content removal, warnings, and bans — are made at our discretion. Banned accounts are not entitled to refunds for time remaining on a subscription except where our Refund Policy or applicable law says otherwise.

7. Your content

You own what you post. By posting in the community you grant Project AD LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the platform so the community can function. You are responsible for what you share — including any personal health information you choose to disclose to other members.

8. Our content

The platform, its content library, branding, and design are the property of Project AD LLC or its licensors. Membership grants you access, not ownership. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from gated content without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project AD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify active members by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Project AD LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: nick@projectad.me.
